Great IdeasThe Liberty movement runs on great ideas and those that can put them into action. Knowledge is only potential power, knowledge applied is real power. We are constantly coming up with ideas on the show and getting ideas from our listeners. This is our clearing house for great ideas so that people can present ideas and others can view them and possible get involved or comment. We can also be entertained and laugh along the way! I am inspired and encouraged by all the people I have met and all I have learned over the past year as I have had my eyes open by the Ron Paul campaign. This movement is no longer just about electing a president but regaining our rightful position in this country. We the people created the Constitution, which granted the government it's authority and responsibilities, which established corporations. Thus, we are the boss and as such, we just need to rightfully take our position. By reminding the government and corporations of their spot in the pecking order, we will start to get this country moving in the right direction and relizing it's great potential. -Mike 6/28/2008
Idea 009: Cop Distracting Firework Display
Sometimes the cops burst in without knocking. Well we say that you can take a stand. What if you were to set up a beautiful firework display to go off on command? You could deploy it if you ever find yourself in a situation where you are being bothered by the police (or anybody else for that matter). Let them know that everything doesn't have to be about business. Give them some enjoyment. Let them watch your half hour display rather than destory your constitutional rights.

Idea 008: Controlling Congress in a Non-Lethal Way
Sometimes a Congressperson regardless of their oath to office, promises to their constituents, or moral obligation still advocates bad public policy. Using existing technology and Great Idea 006, constituents connected via web can passify an unruly Congressperson directly from the web using by using a safety braclet. If you really want to stop terrorism in it's tracks it starts with our Congress. Passing poor legislation that can translate into an oppressive foriegn policy that aggrevates the hornets nest we're all so familiar with today. Learning from our experiences we can guarantee a much more peaceful tomorrow. Check out this video on this "Safety Braclet" and imagine the peaceful days ahead.

Idea 007: Ron Paul Reveres
Get out in town, get yourself a bullhorn and some signs with your friends and let people know whats going on! Be sure to check the local laws but make sure to get people's attention! We have to continue to wake people up.
Invite people to your local Ron Paul group and educate them on some of the issues your group is facing. Local and national, we need to start in our communities. A strong community is the first step in gaining an advantage against our tyrannical Federal government.

Idea 006: Advanced Congressional Monitor Prototype - *Top Secret*
Although the helmet cam has some merit it doesn't address all the concerns we might have. We need to be able to monitor what the typical Congressman does but also what are their facial expressions? What's going on around the congressman? We need to see more and also be able to communicate as well. Enter the new prototype. Three cameras, wireless technology and mic.
Idea 005: Helmet Cams for Congress
Since our politicians can't seem to represent what we want and need, let's watch what they're doing! Washington doesn't seem to mind putting cameras everywhere we go and wiretapping our phones, so let's give it back. What if all of the Congress and Senate had to wear helmet cams, have cameras installed in their offices, and their phones tapped. We could hook this all into a website that would allow for voters to log into and watch. How different would things be if we knew what is really going on and they're really doing all day. I bet Washington would shape up rather quickly if they thought we were watching every second of everyday.

Idea 004: Liberty Sheriffs
A sheriff is the highest law enforcement official in the any county. A recent court case in Wyoming has established that a Sheriff has the ability to compell federal officials to leave or be arrested. This means sheriffs around our country could be a powerful force in regaining the people's proper role. Sheriffs can enforce election laws and may also be the quickest way to assuring proper and transparent elections.
I highly suggest the liberty minded to start a relationship with the Sheriff in their county and implore those running for Sheriff to discuss their position on their duties in regard to the Constitution. In addition, declare their willingness to refuse Federal money for county operations and programs.

Idea 003: Revolution Barbecue
With July 4th just around the corner, it's a perfect chance to invite your neighbors, friends and family to a revolution barbecue.
Take the opportunity to get to know the people around you and discuss what our lead our country to independence and what freedom means and entails. The real strength of America is in the community. For so long we have substituted the people on TV for real relationships. Let's work to reestablish our local communities.
For military members, you work with fellow soldiers, take the next step and get to know their families. You put your life on the line for freedom, take the time to discuss what it means.

Idea 002: Your Fourth Vote
We have another vote in the system! Thats with the money we buy things with. We need to become educated consumers!
Try and find local suppliers for things you buy. Especially food. This will not only help you if things get bad but will be the beginnings of reestablishing the local community. We need to finds alternatives for everything we do that take into consideration the community, the enviroment and our future well being. We need to do business with people and companies that listen to our concerns and respond.
And for those that put money over our concerns. We need to put them out of business.

Idea 001: Another way to approach your friends, family and neighbors with the liberty message.
We have three votes! The system established by our forefathers provides another check to the government which few of us are aware of. Trial by an impartial jury of our peers. As jurists we have as much power as any judge, in that, we not only can determine the facts and the evidence in a case but also are entitled to consider the law in relation to the constitution. If the law violates the constitutional power of government or the rights of the person we have a duty to acquit.
